Welcome everyone to my blog, "From Her Court," my musings on coaching, leadership and life.

As one of the first female experts in human performance, my 25+ years of experience training world-class athletes, coaches, and high performers in such fields as business, the arts, medicine, technology and law, has been--and continues to be-- an amazing journey.

My clients and their experiences as well as the wisdom of my valued mentors have been great teachers. For those of you I've had the opportunity to work with, I thank you, for you continually challenge me to grow as a person and as a professional. For those of you who are new to me and my work, I welcome you.

This blog is my attempt to share with you many of the lessons I've learned, my thoughts on current events, to open up a dialogue, alert you to upcoming events, and connect you with helpful resources, leading-edge thinkers, and books I'm reading at the moment.
